Association Management

This service is available for Wilmington Area Owners Associations. The fee is based on property size along with a surcharge for handling any construction improvements/repairs. The monthly fee covers all office charges, inspections of the property, accounts payables and receivables and following up on current vendors. We have a complete staff of vendors to handle all your association needs. Please give our office a call with the location and size of your complex so that we can determine the monthly fee for you.

Property Management – Yearly

Our Property Management covers the Wilmington Area for year-round rentals. The fee is based on a percentage of the rental rate. See attached fee schedule based on the level of service. The fee covers all office charges, inspections of the property, tenant screening, and accounts payables & receivables with monthly statements. We have a complete staff of vendors to handle all repairs to the property if you are not able to do them yourself.

2nd/Vacation Home Care

This service is available to homeowners that have a second or vacation homes in the Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach area. We are here to handle the monthly activities that you can not handle since you are out of town. These activities include follow-up on vendors, opening the home for you and guests, grocery service, housekeeping service, responding to alarms (ie. Police, ADM, or other alarm systems), and an array of other services available to you. Please give our office a call so that we can determine the level of service you will require and the fee for the service.
